Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Pastor Cooper has led Wayman Chapel A.M.E. Church in Dayton since 2013. His pastoral journey includes leadership roles in multiple A.M.E. churches across Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Holding degrees in Economics, Law, and Divinity, Pastor Cooper combines academic excellence with dedicated ministry. He is recognized for his impactful preaching, teaching, and workshops addressing pastoral leadership and legal matters within the church.
